Incredibly noisy environment during events!!! Thin walls that allow you to hear every sound from adjacent rooms!!! Shuttle service starts too late in the morning for early travelers!!!

Location: the hotel was not far from DC city center, and a bus stop. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The staff made u feel welcome

The bathtub stopper wasn't working had to u a face rag to take a bath. was from the tub was all on the floor after shower/bath

Just a good basic room. Amenities were nice. As expected. Great value! The facility faces NY Ave NE and it can be noisy but the hotel can't avoid this. Once in the room, the noise quieted considerably. Parking was great. Staff was very considerate.

The A/C needed to be set on a steady fan. I could have not had it set right. The on and off pattern was a bit distracting.

The room was clean, and I appreciated having a coffee maker to enjoy my morning brew. The microwave and refrigerator were handy for keeping my snacks, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable.

Room swap saved the day!

We had a rough start with a room that was kind of a mess, but the staff was nice and switched us without too much hassle. Our new room was decent despite the dated carpets. Oh, and the restaurant had some good options which was a nice surprise! Just wish the cleaning services were a bit more regular.

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a microwave and refrigerator, made our stay enjoyable by allowing us to store snacks and have quick meals, along with a helpful 24-hour reception for any late-night inquiries.

Everything was superb.

I enjoyed the nice pool area and the good buffet in the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise! Just a heads up that the room was not as modern as the pictures suggested. I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel had awesome sports facilities for the kids, and we enjoyed being able to kick back and relax while they had fun. The staff at the restaurant were friendly, and we loved the delicious food at the restaurant, especially the Chinese options!

My wife says that the exterior needs a bit of an upgrade.

The shuttle service being limited to 8 AM was inconvenient, and getting reliable taxi service was frustrating, particularly late at night. Housekeeping sometimes overlooked basic needs, like providing towels.

The Days Inn provided a comfortable stay with a clean and spacious room that included a microwave and refrigerator. The 24-hour reception was very helpful for late-night inquiries, and the breakfast offerings were adequate, with cereals, coffee, and fruit. The shuttle service to Union Station was efficient.

The exterior of the hotel needs improvement.
